You will want to know exactly who your customers are, where to find them on the internet and most importantly, how to convert them into recurring buyers.
The first thing that I always like to ask is “What is your USP (Unique Selling Proposition)? What is it that makes you different from everyone else and lets you stand out from the crowd? This is what a lot of your marketing will be based around. By promoting your USP, you are more likely to be remembered and have more attention drawn to your brand.
It always takes more effort to do something different, but the results are often quite surprising. Doing one thing a little bit different to everyone else can put you at the forefront of your customers mind.
