* Occamedia will develop a suitable website for the client based on their needs and business objectives. Occamedia will discuss these with the client, prior to the commencement of any work.
* On submitting your information, Occamedia will acknowledge receipt of the information and will request a 12month contract to be signed. No work will be carried out until the contract has been signed. No domain name or service will be offered until this has been received.
* Once the signed contract has been received, Occamedia will request an initial payment of £100. This will cover the purchase of one domain name and provision of 12 months hosting on our servers. Once this has been cleared Occamedia will start work on the clients website and purchase the required domain name.
* The client is allowed a maximum of 2 website reviews. Further reviews will incur an additional £25 service charge.
* The client agrees to enter a credit agreement with Occamedia over the period of 365 days. Occamedia will charge no interest on this agreement. A £25 administration charge will be added to the clients account for any missed or late payments over 7 days. The first payment is due upfront and every 30 days thereafter.
* The clients website will be restricted if a payment is more than 7 days late.
* The client agrees to enter this agreement for 365 days. Paying (depending on package) monthly installments.
* The total charge for this service (depending on package) is £100 setup + £package cost x 12. First payment is due when ordering.
* The client at any point can pay this agreement off in full by requesting a settlement figure.
* All the clients personal information will be kept and stored inline with data protection laws.
* The client agrees to use Occamedia services for 365 days when choosing the search engine optimisation package. Only after 6 months of service can the client cancel the package. This must be done by giving 28 days notice in writing to Occamedia at the registered office. This must also be received recorded delivery as Occamedia will not be responsible for third party delays on receiving the cancellation letter. Cancellation of any contract will incur a further fee of £200 and the website and domain name will remain the property of Occamedia.
* The google key phrases will be monitored on a daily basis to ensure that the clients key phrases remain on the front page.
* Occamedia can not be made responsible for any third party service issues.
* All pictures, videos or flash files supplied by the client will be used on the understanding that the copyright for any used pictures, videos or flash files is with the client. Occamedia will not be held responsible.
* Occamedia will purchase on behalf of the client all photos, videos and flash files from www.istockphoto.com
* Occamedia will purchase the domain name requested by the client if available. If the domian name chosen by the client has already been taken Occamedia will offer suggestions of available domain names for the client to chose.
* The client must supply all the written content for the website via email. Failure to do so will cause delays in the website being completed.
* The website can not include any pornography or any sexual material whatsoever.
* Occamedia will not be held responsible for any content within the website that the client has requested.
* The domain name and website will remain the property of and registered to Occamedia until the final payment has been made on the credit account. Once the final payment has been made all admin passwords, usernames and the domain name will be transferred into the clients name.
* Once the initial agreement has been fulfilled the client can continue to use Occamedia to maintain their rankings in the search engines. This will be charged at the standard rate for each package.
* This offer only relates to template based websites and does not include any custom web design or ecommerce websites. If these are required then a separate quotation will be provided.
* Occamedia resides in England and these terms and conditions are in line with the law of England
